When the TV I ordered from Electronics Nation hadn't shown up after three weeks, I e-mailed to find out where it was and also tried the tracking page on its Web site, which indicated nothing had been shipped. I got no answer to repeated e-mails, then finally one showed up with a toll-free number to call. When I did, it went straight to voice mail. I continued to send e-mails and leave voice messages a couple of times a day for a week. I finally looked the company up on the Ohio secretary of state's Web site and found another phone number. The message there said customers were responded to in two to three hours and e-mails were answered until midnight. I left a message reporting the lack of response I had experienced up to that point and said my next step was to contact the authorities because they had stolen money from me. Four hours later, I got a one-line e-mail stating the item and been lost/stolen in transit and that the money had been refunded to my credit card (it has been). |

The site claimed there was one of the item I ordered in stock, but that proved to be untrue and I had to wait several weeks for the product to be delivered. Once it arrived, the product was refurbished, as expected, but was a bit more nicked up and dirty than anticipated. Retailer Response (06/15/2007): We offer a 10 day satisfaction guarantee on all products. Any item not meeting your satisfaction is replaced. However, this problem was never reported to us. This is a special order item, and clearly stated \"allow 3 weeks for delivery\" on the product page. Please read the item description before placing an order. |

Excellent customer service and fast shipping. Every time I've emailed them with a question, I've received a response that same day, usually within an hour. I asked to be notified when a specific product was back in stock and I actually received an email at 1:40 in the morning the day it was in. Shipping was fast and free. The price was better than anywhere else. Everything is in working order. I really have nothing bad to say about this merchant. I would definitely buy from them again. |

I purchased a Philips 32" LCD TV from Electronics Nation along with an extended warranty. I did receive the TV in functional condition, but never received the warranty information. I contacted the customer service department about the warranty, and was told they tried to contact me. I never received a call, or anything in the mail. They brushed me off, and said they could not refund the cost of the warranty which they they never delivered. Also, their site did not indicate that the TV was what is referred to as "B Grade" refurbished. My TV has someone's social security number engraved on the top! I would suggest that you look elsewhere for your electronics needs, as these guys are just a little shady. Retailer Response (02/19/2007): Simply not true. We have requested removal of this fraudulent review. |

I was not able to track my order. I had to call up help desk to get the tracking information. It took me more than 1 motnh to receive my TV and when I got it, it was damaged. I returned it there itself. I don't think I will buy anything again from this site. Retailer Response (06/15/2007): Please read the product description before placing an order. This item clearly indicates that it is a special order with extended shipping time. Immediate refund was offered when FEDEX damaged the item. |

I ordered a 50" HDTV from Electronics Nation on Tuesday and incredibly had delivery on Thursday the same week. Can't beat service like that! |
