I was pleasantly suprised. I didn't initially receive an email with the shipping information and had to call. They were very helpful and responded right away. The local shipping company received my tv two days later on a Friday and wouldn't be able to deliver til Monday. I was too anxious and picked it up myself. I was so amazed by the quick response and fast shipping I didn't mind the hiccups!!	Overall Rating

Will buy from them again. Negatives: Bracket had a small chip in it, but otherwise it was in perfect condition. (It probably wouldn't be noticed or bother most people.) I could of got free shipping but paid a little bit more to get it within 3 days. It arrived within three days and I couldn't be happier. Buying the product and receiving the product was perfect.
