Easy site to locate items and ordering process straightforward. Telephoned and talked to staff and response was quick and courteous. Ordered item and awaiting delivery. when i got to the payment page my browser popped up saying that this page contained both secure and non secure items PLUS my browser did NOT indicate that it was a 128 bit SECURE site so i opted to pay by check/money order instead of by credit card. I ordered the white cuisinart Thermal carafe coffe maker. I owned the same one for many years and this was a replacement. The order arrived promptly and without incident. It took a little longer to arrive BECAUSE i choose to pay by check. Overall VERY quick , fast, service, I would reccommend this company. |

Have not received merchandize so hard to rate overall merchandize. I would like to see place viewed on your sight to use or find coupons. You offer coupon code but have not where viewed to find them. |

This was my first time using ElectronicsBonanza.com and I was very happy with the service and would buy from them agian. The only thing was I got my package 3 days late BECAUSE UPS skrewed up and misrouted my package. Its not ElectronicsBonanza.com fault, if this was a review for UPS I'd give them a 2 star. |

I am concerned about the encryption warning that comes up when ordering. On the one hand you have the thawte security message, and then the warning says that although encrypted the information can be easily read. I am uncomfortable with the purchase, and will watch my credit card statement carefully. |

I was super pleased. They had the best price by far, $214 plus $14 shipping for a total of $228 on a Krups XP2070 espresso/coffee machine that sells for $299 in the store at Bed Bath & Beyond. The website is good and simple, placing the order was easy, and the package got here right away and in great shape. I got exactly what I ordered at a fantastic price. I would definitely order from them again! |
