Vendor was very quick in shipping the order, with a tracking number two days after I placed the order. They shipped via a commercial shipper (UPS)instead of the USPS, which means I had a confirmed delivery date. They also double boxed the shipping container to ensure that the product would not be damaged in shipping. A+ outfit in my book! |

I am fairly disappointed. I chose the vendor selling the product based on a $10 rebate they offered which made their the best deal. There wasn't a $10 rebate on this product..... only a $5 rebate (they admit to making the mistake on your web site). Also, to qualify for the rebate I had to purchase two boxes of tea bags in a brand that is not carried in this part of the country. (I didn't discover this until I called to query them about the rebate. Guy at Electronics Bonanza admitted he's never heard of the tea brand or seen it in stores in his area) He offered me a $10 coupon for their web site but I don't need anything and am miffed that I was mislead.... however unintentional it was. I would have sent the kettle back but it was a Christams gift for my father and I didn't have the time to get another one. I can't trust the information on the PriceGrabber web site. |

I ordered on Dec 7 with the promise of two day shipping. After 7 days, I checked back to learn that the item was out of stock. I was offered a replacement, which I accepted. Due to further shipping delays and a weather delay, the original item (not the replacement) arrived late afternoon Dec 24. I thought I should have been contacted when they knew there would be a delay. I would order from them again. |
