I have never experienced such poor service. We ordered 3 Windows XP Professional (Version Upgrade) on February 9, 2004. They cashed our check on February 14,2004 and have never sent our software. We have made several attempts to contact them about this and have never had any success in reconciling the problem. I am just short of contacting the proper authorities to resolve this. Very bad experience. First they claimed that I did not pay them. Once I sent them proof of payment, I never heard from them again, and I never received the product worth over $600.00. PriceGrabber refused my claim because of their rating, so pay attention to the ratings or you will get no help from PriceGrabber. There are plenty of more dependable vendors. |

I still have not received my product. The "free" shipping is by slow boat (MediaNet). They have been responsive by email which is why I haven't canceled the order. If I receive the product I ordered, I would do business with them again but factor in the additional shipping costs to the bottom line prices. If it sounds too good to be true... Don't order from this place - you will not get the product and since you pay by money order you will lose your money. I ordered a DVD on Nov 29, thinking it would arrive easilly for Christmas. One month later and one e-mail "guaranteeing" delivery 10 days ago -and still no product (and an IOU for a present). I think I've been had. I was wary because the price was very good - so I chanced it. I gambled and lost - now its time to file a fraud report. |

I sent my check to Electronix City on 10/20/03 and have not yet received my order. The check cleared my bank on 11/6/03 so I know they received it. I sent an email today (11/23/03) trying to find out what the problem was. |

My order was placed on the 27th of October. I emailed glavalleye @hotmail.com to use the 2checkout on the 28th. Never got a reply so I mailed a check which has since cleared on Nov. 11th and today is Nov. the 19th and I still don't have my order. This is in addition to the above, today is December 02. No one has returned my email or my phone call and I still don't have my order. |

Do not buy from this seller. You'll never hear from them and your chances of getting what you paid for are slim. Since their rating is so low, the Store Front purchase guarantee doesn't apply. You won't get anything money back from Pricegrabber's underwriter. Do your self a favor and buy from a good retail store that has sales, support, 30 day exchange and price guarantee you get what you pay for. |

BUYER BEWARE. I ordered my digital camera on 22 AUG and didn't get it until 22 SEP. It took over a week after he received my money to ship the product after telling me he had PAYPAL problems. MORE IMPORTANTLY the digital camera was a JAPANESE MODEL, which was not specified in his ad. Avoid this seller like the plague. |

Warning - Buyer Beware. Take a close look at the reviews from other shoppers. I purchased a Windows XP Pro Upgrade. No mention of it being an academic version. What I received WAS an academic version. The MS product number on their website is the academic version. Obviously they are trying to deceive the shopper with this technicality. Their pricing (based on the academic version) is high, but based on a (non-academic) version would be very low. I ordered a camera through pricegabber.com through electronix city. I used a credit card for the purchase. I then received an email the next day from elect. city stating that I couldn't use a credit card and I had to pay with a money order or certified check. Yeah Right? I wasn't born yesterday. And then who is to say I would even get the camera??? I emailed them with this and then they said I could use C.O.D. That is nice but, I am at work all day. Bought somewhere else.
