Ordered a Canon S230 digital camera on Dec 22nd. Seller said shipped same day. On Dec 31st, seller recognized unshipped due to a computer virus. Shipped wrong product on 31st, which we returned immediately. Seller short cash and could not ship another. FULL reimbursement for 24hours deliv. replacement value finally refunded after 1 month + chasing + pressure. SELLER commercial capability very poor, however SELLER honest as paying above what he owed. Seller love to make up stories...Watch out! |

Order was received 4 weeks after it was placed, only after several inquiries had been made, and a complaint filed. Product was seemingly used/refurbished, came without instruction manual or warranty info. Correspondence with seller was completely unsatisfactory and unprofessional. Very frustrating and disappointing experience!!! |

We still have not received our order, and can not find a way to contact this vendor to see where it is! We are getting a run-around from PriceGrabber.com as well. Ordered a PDA from seller 3 weeks ago and no product. Seller keeps lying and promising one is on the way. Said he would overnight one 2 weeks ago and still no product. Requested the 110% refund seller promised the 2nd time he said he sent product and was told we had to wait until he had the money. This is an unprofessional seller, he would not provide shipping info. At this point and three weeks later I feel like I have been scammed. I would not buy from this seller if I were you. Electronix City's Response: Order was shipped, and buyer claimed it didn't arrive. Shipped another, tracking information provided, status of that shipment also said arrived. Both orders arrived, should not have sold to this buyer. |
