Disconnect between order, shipping, email asking for receipt info before product even sent. Lag time for shipping over one month.
Phone calls to customer service professional and responsive.
Not sure if this is a one time "glitch" that happened or a pattern for company. Retailer Response (05/08/2012): The items you ordered with our company were not in stock at the time of your purchase. I shopped all over Dallas for an XL Big Green Egg. Elite Appliance offered the best prices with out having to negotiate. And their package price blew every other vendor out of contention. |

The service was amazing. Bruce my salesperson was helpful and went above and beyond to satisfy. I got an incredible deal on my Viking build in refrigerator and saved over $3000. I placed the order on Saturday and it arrived in Kansas on Tuesday! WOW! Excellent experience all the way around. I will not hesitate to use them again. |

This may be an unfair evaluation, but I made only one purchase, and this purchase has not gone well. I am very disappointed as i enjoyed visiting with Eddie and felt certain I would return here for my future appliance purchases. first i received the wrong stove and had to repackage it in order to have it shipped back. Then when i ordered a hood insert the wrong insert was sent and never verified. part of the issue was my fault by not verifying the hood part number with the sales rep thinking it was the only 36" type. i feel the rep should have verified it. now i have to deal with shipping it back again and re-ordering the right one. Retailer Response (05/08/2012): While we strive to keep miscommunications of this type at a minimum, they do occasionally happen. In this instance, the model numbers of the two ranges in question were only differentiated by a single letter and the hood insert was a misunderstanding of what your needs were. We apologize for the hardships these errors caused; however, we were happy to work with you until you found resolution and the correct appliances for your needs. The order was delayed slightly but when I emailed the toll free phone #, then the order moved in a timely manner and the delivery to my house by the freight line was very good .... Also after placing the order I was called by a salesperson, Mitchell and that added a human element to charging 5K into cyberspace... He was most helpful. |

Live in Connecticut, Elite is in Texas. Called them up and they had the exact models (Liebherr refrigerator and Bosch dish washer) that I wanted. Couldn't believe their prices -- thought the had made a mistake.So uch lower than any other seller. Shipment was fine with timing to fit my travel schedule. What else could you ask for? |

I caught a price reduction after the placement of this order. If I had not seen it, it would not have been honored. I did get the reduction but it took multiple contacts and 2-3 weeks to get resolved. Retailer Response (05/08/2012): In this industry prices are subject to change at any time. Only problem was that the shopping experience was a bit confusing. First I got email that "part of my order" (which consisted of a single item, a barbecue) was back-ordered, and when I was about to call to enquire, I got notified that I need to call freight company to schedule delivery.... Other than that, no problem. |

We were offered storage of our appliance until we were ready to install. Although installation was not an option, that was not an issue. We received excellent treatment by the sales and warehouse staff. |
