I just placed my first order with this company. Their price for the merchandise I was looking for was significantly lower than other sites. I received the merchandise very promptly. |

The only problem I had was that the site was very slow at first. Overall very satisfied. Products are described accurately and fairly, and I could have a very clear idea of what I will be purchasing - including shipping, taxes, and return policies. I will definitely buy from this site again. |

How can you ask a consumer this question when they haven't even received the order yet? The "shopping experience" includes the length of time it takes for the item to arrive, did it come safely, does it work also. How about sending the survery a week or two after the items has been ordered? |
