I didn't set it up right away due to a death in the family, and when I did, I noticed that there was a returnable defect in the display (according to the manufacturer) and I contacted EnterComputers about it for a return. Though it had passed the 7 day return deadline, they have been helpful in getting the display exchanged with the manufacturer. They did not even send the item out until I inquired on November 25 via email as no one answered the phone. A twelve day delay to process an order is unacceptable. Retailer Response (03/09/2009): After acknowledging the review, we contacted the customer, and we were told it was a misunderstanding.
