Very quick process. No glitches on website. PRODUCT WAS IN STOCK (yeaaaa). Free standard shipping a . A so far... let's see how the shipping goes. I later get an automated email stating that some products that say in-stock may actually be on back-order. The email also stated that I would receive 2 more automated emails - 1 when the order processed, and the other when the order ships. I haven't received either email, and I placed the order back on 2-21-10. I guess I'm supposed to assume the product is on backorder??? Dazed and confused. |

Very upsetting. I ordered three DVDs which according to the website they had in stock.... day later an email stating they didn't and or couldn't get two of the DVDs... then a few hours later telling me they couldn't get the third DVD. I Googled and found other sites which said they had the DVDs and at a lower price. I'll be watching my bank statements to make sure they don't charge me for anything since they have my card number. |

Was very pleased with the service of enterplayment. I had a couple questions, which were answered in a timely fashion by the orders team, who were also very friendly and helpful. No problems with the order process or delivery time. I would definitely order from enterplayment again, and also refer it to family and friends! |
