I had slight difficulties in logging a discount coupon, but other than that, the web site is easy to use. The service and product pricing are excellent and all previous ink cartridges have worked as advertised. I will return to this merchant. |

I continue to order because it is the best price for ink that I have found so far. I have had a few cases where it has taken several weeks with no explanation until I emailed to find out what the hold up was. I was given next day shipping when I brought it to their attention. |
