I've placed two orders with this company, both for hard-to-find camera products. In both cases they had the products in stock and at a lower price than other sellers (even many who had no stock!). It's a real camera store, so you can talk to a real human... how many places can you do that these days? HIGHLY recommended! |

This order went just as it should have. The website is very user friendly and the followup emails are designed to keep you well informed as to the progress of the order. I really liked the email that provided a direct link to track the order from the time it was shipped until actual delivery. Packing was very well done. The best first time ordering experience I can recall and I definitely plan on further orders. |

Very helpful by email; not nearly enough detail on the site itself. For example, on several tripod listings it is not clear the actual weight of the tripod; not clear what accessories it does or does not come with. The GK2580TQR has a ball head included, which I learned from an email by Eldar; not from the listing on site. |

I ordered a Canon Rebel T1i through UniquePhoto.com four days before Christmas expecting it to be delivered by Christmas Eve. When I placed the order the item was in stock. When I check a couple of days later the order was still pending with no tracking number. So, I called and was eventually told that the camera was out of stock and I would not receive it before Christmas. I then checked around and on Christmas Eve I called Photo Craft to see if they had the camera in stock. Jack assured me that they did and he would personally process the order the following Monday and I would receive it in two days by UPS. I say Jack and the people at Photo Craft are reliable and people of their word. Even though I had problems processing the order online, problems of my own not theirs, they called me Monday and got the information that they needed and I had the camera on Wednesday. Wonderful service and fast delivery! I would gladly do business with them again and recommend them for anyone looking |

I have done business with ePhotocraft in the past, and have been very satisfied with my dealings with them. The present purchase was no exception. They have a good selection of excellent products, and their prices are competitive. Their service both before and after the purchase is exceptional. I strongly recommend this merchant - and my next "photographic" purchase will most likely be from them. |

I placed an order for a Canon 135mm f 2 L lens on September 16, 2009. I checked on the order weekly and it stated that the item was on back-order, I called PhotoCraft in mid October and the gentleman returned my call saying that the lens would be coming in soon. I waited until today (November 4, 2009) and called PhotoCraft. The person stated that they would not be getting anymore Canon 135mm f 2 L lens' in because Canon was discontinuing the production of this lens. He stated that other stores were selling the remaining stock until they were out. I wonder why PhotoCraft still continues to advertise this lens? I placed the order when they had a price of $986.00. Shortly afterward their price jumped to over $1,000.00. I wonder if this had anything to do with my order not being filled? They were nice on the phone but I still never received the lens that I wanted. |

I just order first time, I need it in 2 days, I called them and a very helpfull gentleman told me to rush my order so could go out on time, UPS guy will be in abouth 5 minutes. More reviews after I get the product. |
