It was a pleasure doing business with a Co. that had an address. Had to call about a question and was given a satisfactory answer immediately.Bought a Nikon SB800 speedflash and was delivered as promised. No gray market worries here. Based on my pleasant experience would recommend them very highly. |

ePhotocraft took care to help me with my order in a professional manner, they assisted me in selecting the right accessories but never pushed me into anything I didn't want or need. It was a very civil transaction and a relief from previous encounters elsewhere. I got what I needed and left feeling I had made the right choice on all levels. My shipment arrived on time and exactly as ordered in untampered new packages. I will definately purchase additional camera equipment from these fine folks. |

Photo Craft's prices are among the most competitive on-line. I liked that they are an authorized dealer with two stores near me in northern VA, so I was assured that any needed exchanges would be easy. Each of the several times I called for advice on accessories and shipping times, the customer-service people were extremely helpful and kind. Shipping was lightning-fast. Everything arrived perfect. I will definitely shop here from now on for all my photographic equipment. I highly recommend! |

I've had heard good feedbacks of this merchant. They were the only store to have the Nikon 18-200mm VR available for a decent price. Shipped less than 24 hours after payment!!! |

I searched the internet for a Nikon 18-200 zoom lens and found it listed on their web site as "available". I called their toll free order number and they had the lens in stock, as their web page indicated. When I hung up the phone, after ordering I returned to my computer to close their web connection. I noticed they had changed the lens status to "unavailable". They keep "Real Time" stock status on their web page. The lens was delivered in perfect shape, as promised. I'll order from them again. |
