I got an e-mai that I was eligible for a two-for-one discount. Advertising e-mails have been coming since I bought the printer. My printer is now low on ink, so I clicked to buy ink. I had the following problems. 1. It said that I was "not registered", even though I have a registration confirmation from when I bought the printer. (That's how I got the e-mail in the first place!) 2. When I tried to re-register, it would not take my address, because I'm not in Canada. (Somehow, when I bought the printer, I got registered in Canada, even though I gave a US address.) 3. When I discovered the problem, fixing it was difficult. I had to Google "Epson", and then go to an entirely different site -- just for the USA. I had to open it in a new window, because I could not go from Canada to USA within the original window. 4. I had to re-shop for the ink. 5. The discount code no longer applied, because I'm not in Canada. |

Altogether painless method of resupplying original inks for somewhat obscure Epson Stylus Photo R2880 printer. So far, no other Retail Consumer Store in the Denver area consistently stocks ALL 9 colors (#96), and what they have is 20% more expensive. What's not to like? |

Good products--no problem there. But the web interface is very clunky --have to hunt around. It's not linear enough. The reorder list is hard to access and figure out. |

I love shopping on line with Epson. Have never had a problem. The service is fast. Sometimes a product (size of photo paper I need) my not be available: however, I work around it, I find the price of products better than other consumers. Am a solid Epson customer. |

Excellent shopping experience but I do not know when I will recieve the printer. I shopped at 8pm Eastern Thursday - Shipped Next Business day and hope it comes Friday and Not Monday !!!! |

Generally excellent site. However, this time I wanted to order regular inkjet paper for business printing. Although they had the brightness (96) I wanted, the product description did not specify the weight of the paper (I was looking for 24#). The paper weight is important and should always be noted in my opinion. Otherwise, excellent site, although some ink prices should be a bit cheaper. |

I really HATE being FORCED to buy Epson ink: my printer, even when set for "black only" under "Advanced" settings, refuses to print in order for me to enrich the Epson company as a captive market! This is Unamerican and TOO HARD A SELL! I really get to HATING Epson, a company I had long had loyalty to, since in my 20s when I bought my first printer, an Epson, and many since. PLEASE do NOT make the printer so dependent on our BUYING MORE! I can go downtown and buy them, but to hold up printing when I HAD PLENTY OF BLACK INK LEFT, and was just missing CYAN, is REALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I deserve a REFUND! I am between jobs and cannot afford all this hard sell and planned obsolescence, and monopoly, frankly....... I and I think MOST PEOPLE DISLIKE being a "captive audience" and "CAPTIVE market!" Release my printer!!! Or I will buy your competitor's printer next time I have a choice. |

I rarely, if ever, get special prices. Additionally, a window pops up when my ink runs low, offering me some special price for my reorder, yet I cannot get any such special when I try to access it! |

I always buy my ink for my Epson Printer through Epson. So simple and quidk. Never a problem....Place my order and my ink arrives. Hows that for simple. There may be cheaper ink out there but for my money Epson is the only way to go...As the old adage goes, You get what you pay for. Lasts a long time and I use my printer a lot. Always keep a spare as back up. Always use the Extended life (?) because it works out cheaper in the long run. Works smooth as silk. Cartridges last LONG TIME.; |
