I ordered a case for my macbook pro 13" and it took more than a month to receive it, after many calls to the company. With one of the calls I made I was told to "call back when someone else was in" because the employee working was unsure how to check the status of my order. An unseen event occurred and I am now paying to have my screen replaced, which could have easily been avoided if I had the case. I am completely dissatisfied with the service offered at Erwin computers. |

Ordering was easy. This is my first time ordering from this merchant, so I will have to wait until delivery for more comments. After delivery: Delivery took 5 days, using the combo UPS/USPS system. UPS handled the package quickly, and USPS used a circuitous route to get it the rest of the way. But I was not in a hurry and didn't mind the wait. I got what I ordered, and it was undamaged. |

So far, so good. Will see how delivery and product condition turn out once received. Delivery arrived within a couple of days which was a few days earlier than anticipated. Product in good condition. I am very pleased with the service. |

Do not believe their "in stock" claims. I placed an order for an expensive laptop on Saturday with an ETA on Thursday (three days shipping). As no tracking number appeared on my order tracking page, I went suspicious and called on Wednesday. I was told the product was not in stock. Even though they still label it as "in stock"! Also, they have changed the price since my order was placed, so it's not like they just forgot to update. Cancelled my order. Not a trustworthy company. I am yet to see they refund to my card card. |
