I got the merchandise. I had to return due to a problem on my end. I never opened the package and just returned the item and do not know how long it will be for them to process my credit and how it will be done. I should get a full refund but will find out when the time comes. When I called to tell them of my problem they were very understanding and emailed me an RMA immediately. |

I liked the option to test the costs for various shipping methods. I also appreciated that the website listed the actual manufacturers product number so I could be certain I was getting exactly what I wanted. |
