I needed this item the next day and I paid for overnight shipping. They didn't process my order for a day and I didn't get my item when I needed it. Very Disappointing. I got what I ordered, but I am not impressed with their service. When I contacted them about it they offered $10 back. They overcharged on the item $30, screwed up the shipping, and this is the best they can do?! I still have not recieved it. That has been over a week. I don't think I will ever do business with again! BUYER BEWARE!!! ESI World's Response: Thanks for you feedback but IT IS NOT FAIR. The order was placed after Fedex and UPS Picked up, so the order was shipped the next day. We never charge extra. We charge what we show. The order was for 2 pieces so the shipping will be extra but the costumer did not pay attention when they added extra item. We will contact the costumer and try to solve this problem.	Overall Rating
