The item was shipped but didn't work, yet I give them a 5-star rating because of their excellent customer service. I explained the situation by email, and got a refund in 2 days. Pretty hard to beat. |

Prices seem to be good. Not sure how long it will take to receive product. Not sure why quantity of item was not more than one available for purchase. Shipping was double the amount of item. Not many inexpensive shipping choices. |

Mandantory insurance was not defined in listing, only noted after purchase. Awkward, invasive and redundant billing entry information is required. Should be able to use information already established with PayPal. |

Why is my item still not here??? I see it hangs in german customs but it looks like this is caused by the fact that you forgot to mention the Zip code 31535 of my town on the package Am I right? There are 37 towns named Neustadt in Germany!!! What do you think when I may receive my Accu? When the related ThinkPad is discontinued?! The only problem that I had, was the the item was advertised a new. When I received the product it was used, and unusable by anyone else. However espot Deals seems to trying to make me happy. They issued a return authorization and the Item has been shipped back. I would purchase from them again. |

The keyboard was described as "like-new condition, in original box" "used two or three times" with "all accessories", also claimed to include "neolite" accessory specifically. Arrived in a damaged box, without the neolite, with a giant label reading "CANNOT TEST". Plugged it in, it STARTED ON FIRE, and took out USB port on my motherboard. Espotdeals.com passed the buck to the manufacturer and refused to assist further. Something tells me the manufacturer didn't slap a "CANNOT TEST" label on the box, remove the accessories, and knowingly sell the keyboard in defective condition! What a way to knowingly sell defective junk and pass the buck to squaretrade or the manufacturer..... |
