I was very disappointed that between eBay and the eSpot site, I was quoted 3 different prices for shipping, resulting in the highest price being charged. This was explained when I called, but should have been clearer on the site. There also seemed to be way too many steps. Also, the item had fallen out of its inner box and was crashing around inside the outer box with the other parts. The inner box should have been sealed to prevent this. |

Received my product in a thin plastic envelope with no packing. One of the packages was crushed - but the die appeared okay. I haven't used it yet, so I'm unsure as to whether it is undamaged - but it doesn't appear to be. I was charged over $10 for shipping when merchant paid only $1.82 in shipping. I can understand it if the packaging was top notch - but it wasn't. I have sent the merchant an email asking about shipping - but they have not replied. |

I found the product that I was looking for quickly and it was a very good price, much cheaper than any other place that I had priced it at so far both in online and in actual retail locations. I emailed a question about check out and it was responded to very promptly and my order was shipped out the next day. I am looking forward to receiving my order and I hope that my experience continues to be as pleasant as it has been so far. |

I don't know why the payment info wasn't requested while I was ordering item. All of a sudden I had ordered it but payment option wasn't offered. If it was, somehow, my window closed and then I got an e-mail asking for payment???? Not being able to leave the cred card info blank at this point is misleading. |
