The item ordered had a HUGE flaw in it. If I had the time, I would have returned it. However, since I needed it, I had to take the repair apart and fix it, then patch it. Very dis-satisified with the product. |

I paid extra for 3-5 business day delivery and I placed the order on 12/17/11, but my package is not due to arrive till 12/27/11. Now it will be late for Christmas and I'm really not happy about that. |

I was very pleased to get a response to an item that was out of stock when it became available again. It was prompt and made my day as it is a gift for my daughter and the only kind of boot she wanted. |

Everything had to be repeated over and over again. Said dates were put in wrong when they were put in right. I am sure you will discourage hackers because you almost discouraged me. You need a new web designer Everything finally printed right and I mean finally. |

Site has best selection of SmartWool socks, specifically knee highs, of any I've found, AND they offer to let you know when those not currently in stock become available. Nice site for Lee Jeans as well! My order arrived a week from the day I ordered it. I'm very pleased with the entire experience! |
