Received wrong item. Had a difficult time. They did not repond to my emails promptly. They did not keep me posted as to what was happening with my order. I will never use this company again!!!! It has been 2 months and I finally got my purchase refunded on my credit card. However, the return shipping that I paid to send back the item was not refunded but given to me as a store credit. I am not going to buy anything from them, so I had to cash out taking less than I paid. |

Being able to filter the display to only show pre-owned items that are in stock would be a nice feature. Otherwise, the site is very easy to navigate and search functions work wonderfully! |

Very easy to find what I needed, great description of items, and check out was quick. I like how most items have the lowest prices I have seen. I wish the shipping fee was exact or at least lower because shipping a few small and light weight items should not cost $19. Also, having big, high quality pictures of item would be truly awesome. |
