Part on order almost double, shippin too. Lots of diff in part & Shipping. Called on tel. to ask about this difference; but only answer machine. I did not see when the part is due to be received. In January (1/27/09) I ordered a Dell 150Wwatt PA-15 adapter (http://www.etech4sale.com/213055/dell-original-ac-adapter-for.html) for my Inspiron 9100 after my original broke. The price was good and the shipping was prompt. However, when I plugged it in, my computer gave me an error that the adapter was only putting out 130Watts. I immediately requested an RMA. After waiting for nearly a month and a half (March 18, 2009) I received a replacement adapter. Plugged it in, same problem. At this point, I'm annoyed. I send etech4sale an email describing my problems and request of full reimbursement for the product AND shipping fees. Finally, I receive an email on April 13, 2009 saying that they sent out a reimbursement check. I have yet to receive the check a month later. 4 months after ordering, I am still down $80 I will never again order from this company.	Overall Rating

Received the P182 Gun Metal Grey case. eTech4Sale rode on the "typo disclaimer" & refused to replace/refund the product as such. The item line stated P182, the FULL description completely described the P182SE, verbatim from the Antec web site. You be the judge. I'll stick with 5 star rated vendors from now on. Their policy is terrible - they will not send you a working replacement until you go to their website, submit an "RMA", mail the useless part back to them at your own expense (which they say they'll credit you for if you submit a receipt), and then determine whether you're lying about the product not working. Their low prices are simply not worth the hastle through which they put you when they send you a defective product.	Overall Rating

Customer found out when accessing the order status page on Merchant's website. Customer attempted to call customer support during business hours and was routed to voicemail. The website showed around 200 in stock. 4 days later I received an email that my order was canceled because they were out of stock. Why bother buying from them when they misrepresent their stock availability on their site? As of June 22nd the site still shows the same number in stock although now the order button has been replaced with a backorder button. I was not even given a backorder option.	Overall Rating

I placed an order for four items listed as "in stock", and received an email from them the next day requesting that I call them about the order. I did so, and was informed that three of the four items were unavailable. They said that they had the fourth item on-hand ready to ship that day, and I requested that they do so. A week later, I have yet to receive any of the items, and I have not received any information suggesting that they have even shipped. (FYI, the items they claimed were out of stock are still shown as "in stock" on their website.) This is the second time I've tried to order merchandise from this company, and so far they haven't been able to get so much as a shipping-confirmation email to me.	Overall Rating
