The Clarion SRV303 was an absolute must have product for my vehicle as no other subwoofer would fit my vehicle without custom installation. None of the competitors even came close to matching Etronics' price for the Clarion SRV303! Etronics' Product selection/Price/Service are great. I will definitely recommend Etronics to my family and friends. |

Ordering was easy and most information clearly listed. The items arrived in good condition, but the packaging was beat up due to the weight of the contents. A thicker box and more tape would have helped. Otherwise very satisfied with service. |

The screen where I selected shipping method was confusing because it was unclear that the "Select Shipping Method" button was actually the button I should push to continue checking out my order. It would have been more clear if the button just said "Continue". |

Terrible checkout proceedure... I had a hard time finding the button to change my shipping address (had to use multiple address button and then set them both to the same address) and could not find anyway to change my billing address from my old one during checkout. I had to go back into my account to change that and then replace the order. This is coming from a really tech savvy person, most customers would have left with all the problems during your checkout. You have a great site but you really need to hire a consultant to help you streamline your checkout process...
