I purchased a Sony RMAV2100 Remote control (If you have more then 3 different remotes you have got to get this) I ordered this from Etronics because they were the lowest price $100 cheaper then retail. It shipped the same day that I ordered it, was not grey market (came with a warranty) showed up at my door exactly when they said it would (they gave me UPS tracking numbers) Very fast, and even gave me free batteries. I ordered 4 times in last 3 weeks. They shipped the items at the very same day. And the UPS tracking system is so useful. I received my order on time (7 days for the ground)and also brand new. When I found the item I ordered already dropped price, called them and get refund right away. |

Typically low prices, but shipping is high. Shipping and handling is added for each item on the order. Two items weighing less than 2lbs cost more than $20 for UPS ground and a staggering $68.45 for UPS overnight. |

I just purchased a Sony camcorder from etronics.com. The product was in stock, ther was no phoning in for confirmation (like the others that try to sell upgrades, then tell you it is out of stock if you refuse). The only downside was the price for shipping. I paid $69.95 for next day air (but it DID show up on time). I would definately buy from this company again. They were very professional and speedy. Thank you etronics.com for having very competitive prices and no back-order BS. |

Based on all the scams I saw listed in these reviews, I was reluctant to purchase my Coolpix 995 from just anyone. I saw good reviews about etronics, and they were RIGHT!! They delivered promptly, and their customer service was more than kind. I highly recommend them!!!!! |

Over the past 1 1/2 months, I have successfully placed THREE multi-item orders for various things with E-tronics and they have been the most responsive company on the internet to making sure that those products ordered are delivered expeditiously. No grey market product recieved, no high pressure sales tactics....you get what you ordered. The tracking number was always readily available by the next day and you could track your shipment. I will order from them again as the need arises. |

After several successful online estore purchases, this was my first and last purchase from eTronics. I was very disappointed with the way eTronics CSR handled my problem. I received a faulty VCR (cable in/out). I simply phoned for a replacement but when I was politely told that I had to pay for the $25 s/h to ship my new broken VCR back I thought that was not right. Had it worked at all before it broke I would pay no question. I do not think their return policy on broken product is fair at all. |

Ordered Nikon CP 995 on 7/22 w/UPS Gnd delivery. Etronics was slow processing order because shipping (UPS) & billing (USPS) addresses were different. Ironing out problem was cumbersome (4 emails each way), but order shipped on 7/25 & arrived in good shape on 8/1. |

Good company, but be *very* wary of shipping if ordering online. I ordered a Canon Elph 2 (great camera!) from etronics. To ship the camera alone via UPS ground was $10 - a little high, but not unreasonable. However, after adding an extended warranty (a few pieces of paper), the shipping cost jumped to over $17. Anyway, I phoned the sales line and got it sorted out - the whole lot shipped for $10. However, they still haven't tweaked their website to deal with this (08/10/2001). |
