I purchased a Sony RMAV2100 Remote control (If you have more then 3 different remotes you have got to get this) I ordered this from Etronics because they were the lowest price $100 cheaper then retail. It shipped the same day that I ordered it, was not grey market (came with a warranty) showed up at my door exactly when they said it would (they gave me UPS tracking numbers) Very fast, and even gave me free batteries. I ordered 4 times in last 3 weeks. They shipped the items at the very same day. And the UPS tracking system is so useful. I received my order on time (7 days for the ground)and also brand new. When I found the item I ordered already dropped price, called them and get refund right away. |

I ordered a sony vcl-0630s wide angle lens on a Saturday and it arrived that Tuesday using UPS ground delivery option. Efficient, quick and reliable. I would use this site again. |

I just purchased a Sony camcorder from etronics.com. The product was in stock, ther was no phoning in for confirmation (like the others that try to sell upgrades, then tell you it is out of stock if you refuse). The only downside was the price for shipping. I paid $69.95 for next day air (but it DID show up on time). I would definately buy from this company again. They were very professional and speedy. Thank you etronics.com for having very competitive prices and no back-order BS. |

After my nightmare with expresscameras.com I extensivly researched a lot of companys. E-tronics was great they kept me up to date when my package was to be shipped. Arrived at my house within 3 days using UPS ground. Great price no pressure would definatly order from them again! |

Based on all the scams I saw listed in these reviews, I was reluctant to purchase my Coolpix 995 from just anyone. I saw good reviews about etronics, and they were RIGHT!! They delivered promptly, and their customer service was more than kind. I highly recommend them!!!!! |

Over the past 1 1/2 months, I have successfully placed THREE multi-item orders for various things with E-tronics and they have been the most responsive company on the internet to making sure that those products ordered are delivered expeditiously. No grey market product recieved, no high pressure sales tactics....you get what you ordered. The tracking number was always readily available by the next day and you could track your shipment. I will order from them again as the need arises. |

I orded some camera accessories from Etronics. By mistake I ordered one that would not fit my camera. Their customer service told me to just "refuse" the package when it arrived. I did this and am happy to say that everything but the shipping charges were credited back to my credit card. Everyone at Etronics was most helpful and courteous and I have just resubmitted my order (correctly this time). |

I ordered a 128MB Memory Stick and Floppy Disk Adapter from Etronics which arrived promptly. As soon as I realized that I would have to install a driver to use the floppy disk adapter, I returned it. No questions asked, Etronics refunded the money without any deductions for restocking (I payed for shipping). I would definitely by from Etronics again! |
