Arrived ok but was disappointed to see so much packaging but yet the unit still had a small dent! Please, start supplying US-MADE products that don't get bounced around in sea containers. After two weeks had to make contact with Etronics to confirm order and shipping status only to find out the item comes from a third party. No phone number must contact Etronics via e-mail. I complained, but instead of checking and acknowledging the payment, Etronics just cancelled the order.
