I searched for black book ends on the internet and of the choices these seemed to be strongest. A review on another product from another company gave them a poor rating so I chose these. I hope they are good and the metal doesn't bend under the weight of a leaning book. Having found them I just selected them in thesearch engine list and came to euroffice from whom I have purchased before. |

I especially liked the option to pay by phone once I had entered my order. This gave me the opportunity to browse the site and add things to the shopping basket - and then speak to a friendly person to give my credit card details - rather than entering the details online. |

Ordering was easy and free postage was excellant, wait to give response when goods arrive. Excellant - goods arrived in very quick time and in excellant condition. Would recomend euroffice anytime. |

Euroffice is probably my favourite website to make office related purchases from. The site is honest, straight forward and easy to use. The updates that have been made to the site over the last year or two have been very intuitive to the users needs and have improved the overall purchasing process. Two wants: a bigger range of printer cartridges, and not such big boxes for small deliveries. |

Extreemly smooth and efficient ordering process. Packaging was split on arrival and one of the plastic tubes was missing as a result (each can of air has a comes with a plastic tube), but not a major issue. |

It was on impulse I bought today ... And found Euroffice and not Ebay .... And, then, surprise at your survey ... To do at checkout, no delay .... So here I don't know what to say .... Except it's great - you made my day!!
However ... the parcel arrived in a disgusting state. The box had been crushed (and damaged the contents inside) and then got very wet, split open and fallen apart. Some delivery service you've got. It is as easy as pie to order good, but the same cannot be said for returning goods. Since the above comment was made, I have returned an item. from setting up the return details with Euroffice to them collecting took only a few hours. I am very impressed by that! well done Euroffice! |
