As of today, Oct. 28th, it still hasn't shipped. When I call them their customer service is EXTREMELY rude and all they do is point a finger at the warehouse. I spoke with management and they said they have nothing to do with the warehouse! I told them, if they use the warehouse and tell people when their orders will ship, then they are responsible for communication with the warehouse. So we then were given the warehouse number and spoke with them. They said they hadn't received the order and that everything furniture kept delaying due to changes...we never made changes. I still haven't received my order and I will NEVER use them again. The girl Nicole you need to stay away from. When I told her she needed to CALL the warehouse instead of e-mailing them, she told me not to do her job and to shut up. HORRIBLE BUSINESS!	Overall Rating
