Do not use them! I ordered a dining room table and 6 chairs on Oct 14th. They said it would ship in 2-3 business days! As of today, Oct. 28th, it still hasn't shipped. When I call them their customer service is EXTREMELY rude and all they do is point a finger at the warehouse. I spoke with management and they said they have nothing to do with the warehouse! I told them, if they use the warehouse and tell people when their orders will ship, then they are responsible for communication with the warehouse. So we then were given the warehouse number and spoke with them. They said they hadn't received the order and that everything furniture kept delaying due to changes...we never made changes. I still haven't received my order and I will NEVER use them again. The girl Nicole you need to stay away from. When I told her she needed to CALL the warehouse instead of e-mailing them, she told me not to do her job and to shut up. HORRIBLE BUSINESS! |

I purchased a wonderful love seat from Everything Furniture. I saw it on the best sellers list and purchased it for my home. The package came on time and there was no damage to the product. The love seat is very stylish and looks greatin the house. Pleased with the purchase. |

(Edited December 18th by branknez82) I had a problem with my invoice, and had to cancel my order! I paid using paypal with an instant transfer, in which they received my money instantly. However, to this date 12/17/07 I still have not received my money back from them. The customer service is rude and unhelpful. They think it is OK to hold 584.00 of my mine, however, I do not. If it was paid through paypal instantly, and I use paypal all the time, they can press a button and refund instantly also!! But they would rather hold my money as long as they can, if I even get it back. This site is the worst site I have ever dealt with online, and I buy online daily. Do not use this merchant, terrible business practices!! I will never shop here again!!! |

The jewelry armoire arrived in good shape.The transaction went well and the shipping was speedy.The problem that I have is with the quality of the piece.It is claimed to be "oak" but the only real oak wood is on the drawer fronts which do not align up,and the legs.The rest is MDF or particle board.The "detailed" carving on the face of the armoire is a cheap piece of plastic as also is the trim.The piece is comparable to ones I have seen locally for $50.I paid $208 for this because it appeared to be better quality. Buyer beware! |

My concerns are with the delivery of the order. Shipping took over 4 weeks. I expected quicker service based on the website's advertisement. The local carrier EF used was not professional. The "White Glove" service was no different than regular shipping. I had to leave work to receive the item and they merely removed the cardboard packaging. The items however are as expected and were delivered in good condition as far as I can see. |

The item was delivered in a timely fashion and in great condition. The customer service people for Everything Furniture were first rate and it was great experience to purchase furniture from them. I was hesitant in the past about purchasing furniture online, but their web site has such great deals with so many great items to choose from that I had to go for it! Glad I did. I will definately recommend Everything Furniture.com to my friends and family. |

Great overall experience. Now that I got delivery I can confirm that these are straight up people. They did what they said they would, I got my trackign quick, the gals were nice on the phone and my furniture got delivered quick and undamaged. I would buy here again and suggest them to others. |

My furniture is "lost" I have only received part of it. I am afraid I just lost $500. I have the hutch (that is banged up) to a desk that I will never receive in this lifetime. If the shipping company that Everything Furniture uses (UPS in my case) has lost or damaged the items sent, then I should not have to wait until their due process of a zillion years has passed for them to replace the shipment. Lets see....the pretend looking for lost package part, the loooong claims paperwork process including the time it sits in someones work basket on both sides of the fence and then theres the decision making & approval part with more processing, then its Christmas, then finally a check is created but by 2047, Everything Furniture will have archived my order # and won't have a clue as to whom the refund belongs...and I'll be buried in that stupid hutch by then! Retailer Response (06/28/2007): This customer was sent a replacement and their order was filled in full. Unfortunately UPS lost the one package, which is rare but does happen. |

Terrible, terrible, terrible company. Can not stress it enough.....stay away from this company. The worst customer service. You'll make yourself a favor and save yourself money. I've started this process 3 months ago and have yet to resolve it.

Ordered a unique TV cabinet... some assembly required. Product delivered two days later by FedEx Ground. 130 lbs shipping box badly damaged, open, missing at least one shipping carton strap, shipping box left upside down by FedEx. Possibly pieces missing or broken or scratched, but no inventory sheet left inside or assembly instruction pages, so who knows? After two weeks of email correspondence with customer service and supplying digital pictures of shipping carton and contents (that customer service requested), there has been no effort on everythingfurniture.com's behalf to make this transaction right. Ship a non-compromised product replacement and retrieve the damaged one. Seems an easy solution. This is my only transaction with this company, so, unfortunately, this means a 100% failure rate so far. Disappointing. Seems you can't believe a web site boasting terrific customer satisfaction. |

Not much happy. Bad Experience.If you get defective product or product get defective due to manufacturing reasons. After one month you will be Kicked back and forth.. No good .. I would not recommend to buy anyone anymore... had back experience all together. |

I ordered a daybed, to match existing furniture - unavailable in stores. It arrived as quickly as promised. Everything was nicely protected in packaging. The hardware was separated into plastic compartments, so I could immediately see that everything was there. Good pictoral assembly instructions. I couldn't ask for anything more. |

I placed an order with everything office furniture only to find out days later that the furniture was not available because it was discontinued. The "decision making process" was lengthy... so it was disappointing to have to start over. I wish items that are no longer available were removed promptly from sites. I hope this living room furniture I've ordered today is available and all goes well, we are very pleased to have found just what we want on your site. |
