I had to be contacted about an engraving problem with my first order and Pete called me and took care of it When I wantee to place a second order AI had forgotten the font used and I sent a gneral email without the order number and again Pete responsded witin hours and this was four days before Christmas. The customer severice is excellent. |

Nice site, organized and well laid out. Fast, secure Transaction. I also like that there is a toll free number on the top of the site, and an option to talk live, on-line when you reach the check out. I called and they picked up righ away, and answered my questions. |
