wHAT WAS SENT TO ME DOES NOT SHOW HOW TO USE THE MACHINE..OR i AM STUPID AND CAN NOT GET CD to work

Posted Nov 17, 2005 - I purchased this machine over 5 months ago ...it came with a VHS which works fine, shows leg exercises..the CD ....I can not get it to work in my DVD player or on my computer. How do I get it to work????? Have audio on both but can not get it to go to each track to watch it. I don't know how to set up the pulley cords, so I cannot use the machine. What a waste of money...
