tlaura4 - (January 31, 2008) I purchased an exercise ball because I really wanted to focus on my abs. I have discovered new functions and exercises this ball has to offer. This ball is an inexpensive piece of equipment and I would recommend this product to individuals looking for a quick workout from home.

mtkolvir - (November 21, 2005) The disc-0-sit was recommended to us by an occupational therapist for my ADHD son. It has really helped us get through homework and meal times. He is getting another one for use at school.

docrecords - (November 17, 2005) I purchased this machine over 5 months ago ...it came with a VHS which works fine, shows leg exercises..the CD ....I can not get it to work in my DVD player or on my computer. How do I get it to work????? Have audio on both but can not get it to go to each track to watch it. I don't know how to set up the pulley cords, so I cannot use the machine. What a waste of money...

sperling752 - (07/16/2009) I finally found Yogitoes in London after a bit of a search. They are at allergy liberation uk . They also will send to the EU for the same price... I'm glad I took the time to find one as it makes yoga so much nicer.

shigadeyo - (11/02/2008) This mat is primarily used by my wife for Jazzercise. This mat has a color on both sides which makes its appearance very different than other mats. This is good since it can not be easily confused with another mat while at class. There is also a different texture on each side of the mat. The green side has a shell/leaf-like pattern and the blue side has a wavy/squiggly/sinuous pattern. The blue side seems to have a bit more grip than the green side, but in practice I'm not really sure how much difference each side really contributes to the exercise. Neither my wife nor I have yet to notice a difference and think that the "dual-sided" quality is more of a marketing gimmick more than anything. Regardless, the mat serves it's purpose, was a good price, and we are pleased overall so far. ---------- Here are the specifications for this exercise mat since we were unable to find them anywhere on the Internet prior to ordering: Length: 67.25" Width: 23.75" Thickness: 0.125" Weight (with carrying strap): 21.25 oz Weight (without strap): 20.7 oz

wyinx - (09/17/2008) I've been practicing pilates for 2 years now and I love my new mat. It has just the right density for working out at home. It might be a little on the heavy side for carrying the mat around to the gym but the weight is just another sign of the quality of the product! My transaction with Body21 was good and fast. Only thing was that the shipped the mat in it's original box without any extra packaging. That is, they just pasted the shipping label on the box and sent it. Nonetheless, the mat still came to me in good condition.
