Thinking about yoga mats- mine or the borrowed one at the studio, this offers a great layer of protection that can be taken home and thrown in the washing machine. The price is a bit high for a towel, but this does a lot! I would never consider an Anusara or Bikram class without this item!

docrecords - (November 17, 2005) I purchased this machine over 5 months ago ...it came with a VHS which works fine, shows leg exercises..the CD ....I can not get it to work in my DVD player or on my computer. How do I get it to work????? Have audio on both but can not get it to go to each track to watch it. I don't know how to set up the pulley cords, so I cannot use the machine. What a waste of money...

shigadeyo - (11/02/2008) This mat is primarily used by my wife for Jazzercise. This mat has a color on both sides which makes its appearance very different than other mats. This is good since it can not be easily confused with another mat while at class. There is also a different texture on each side of the mat. The green side has a shell/leaf-like pattern and the blue side has a wavy/squiggly/sinuous pattern. The blue side seems to have a bit more grip than the green side, but in practice I'm not really sure how much difference each side really contributes to the exercise. Neither my wife nor I have yet to notice a difference and think that the "dual-sided" quality is more of a marketing gimmick more than anything. wyinx - (09/17/2008) I've been practicing pilates for 2 years now and I love my new mat. It has just the right density for working out at home. It might be a little on the heavy side for carrying the mat around to the gym but the weight is just another sign of the quality of the product! My transaction with Body21 was good and fast. Only thing was that the shipped the mat in it's original box without any extra packaging. That is, they just pasted the shipping label on the box and sent it. Nonetheless, the mat still came to me in good condition.

hello5 - (09/16/2008) These kits are great - for the beginner you get a crash course it yoga, fitness, and pilates, and for those already familiar with yoga, it's still a great workout that has everything you need in one kit! Have fun with it!
