After a bad experience with camerasound.com (see review) anything is good! I ordered Canon s20 for $411. Camera came as promised. Works great!! Packing slip said lenses&adapter ordered were on backorder. I called to verify. Salesman said these aren't for my type camera, apologized for my being told wrong and would credit my card. That was yesterday. If I have problems with credit, I'll change rating. But so far, it's positive. |

I ordered the Canon PowerShot G1 from ExpressCamera.com and was very happy with the service I received. I called to make sure that this was the right camera for my needs. The salesperson's product knowledge was very helpful and I ordered the camera over the phone with him. I received my camera in a couple days and it was exactly what I wanted. I was extremely happy with my purchase from this company. |

I purchased an Onkyo receiver and the 5 year warranty plan, I ordered it with overnight shipping on Tuesday and then received it on Wednesday. My salesman was very helpful and courteous throughout the entire transaction, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a good price with good service. Thanks guys. |

I read all the reviews and called this company to place an order for a dvd player, and the salesman was very helpful over the phone. I ordered this for a three-day air delivery and I recieved the item and was very pleased. They took the time to answer my questions and were very helpful in making me choose the right product. Whenever I need to make a future purchase, I will definitely give them precedence over another merchant. |

First, I'm not affliated with ExpressCameras.com in any way. But, their price was good, and they did dupe the manual and software, but I don't care. I was able to order a "real" manual from Nikon. Also, it did come with the correct Nikon battery. Only thing missing was USB cable, which I don't need. They will try to bait and switch you, but hold your ground and you might be okay. |

Recently bought a camera. Delivery was on time, but was over charged on shipping and part of the order was missing. When I called I was told I would get a credit for the over-charge and the missing item would be sent out that day. Wrong, I never got the missing item. After a month of phone calls I received a credit and the next week I received the missing item. I'm keeping the item w/o paying for it. I got a good price, but the hassle isn't worth the trouble find another retailer. |

This company is an operating fraud! First off, they do NOT sell retail cameras, they sell wholesale cameras. I thought I understood what I was getting: retail camera kit (olympus evolt e-300), an extra battery, a 5 year extended warranty, and the complimentary tripod, cleaning kit, and case. The warranty information wasn't shipped, and no extra battery. |

Like other online camera merchants, won't sell at advertised price without tacking on overpriced accessories. They also do not respond to phone calls - not even when I was responding to their call to me! |

These people lie about having product in stock and when they finally tell you 7 days later want you to pay extra money to ship your package in a timely manner. Very poor customer service and don't really seem to care if you order or not. Also I'd look out for PhotoKing.com. Both of these sites sell the same stuff at differ prices but both have same mailing address. Buy from these people at your own risk! |

These people took my order, refused to ship. Refused to call or E-MAIL what the problem was. Refuse to answer the phone. Basically appear to be a web page and phone number with no one really behind them. I have reported to BBB online and encourage others to do the same. They reprersent, imho, the worse of the internet businesses. |

price too good to be true? They lure you in with an inexpensive digital camera, and try to sell you over-priced accessories for it. The cameras are in stock, if you are ONLY going to buy accessories. They are on back order (and never ship or call you back) if you do not buy any accessories. Save yourself some time. Several other merchants with the same scam going on. |

Ordered, and it did't ship for 9 days. Called and got the pressure sales pitch. When I didn't want to but their overpriced accessories, they told me that their posted price was for a non-US version and they wanted over $100 more for the US version. What a scam! Avoid these guys! Typical NY dealer. |

They will post low price to attract your order. When you call to ask when they would ship the product, they will tell you there is no product in stock and you order has been cancelled without any notice. And they will refuse to email you a concellation confirmation. One week later, they will call you and tell you that they can ship the product to you at a much higher price. The way they talk to you will not be in a professional manner. It seems your bussiness to them is nothing. |

I placed an order for the Sony TRV900, which was in stock at the time I placed the order. They called me back the next day trying to sell me overpriced accessories. When I told them that I have all the accessories that I need for the camcorder, they told me that the camera is no longer in stock. It was in backorder for 3 weeks. Then they canceled my order without my confirmation and never letting me know. |

I ordered a vx2000 from these people. They never even tried to ship it until 10 days later. then they sold me a $1,000 warrenty! They kept trying to sell my useless accesories and they sounded like my 20 year old brother. Totally not professional. Do not buy from these people!! The vx2000 they sold me was in PAL format, which doesn't work in US VCR's. |

They were very rude, hung up on me and canceled my order. Just like every body else I wish I would have read the reviews. They'll sucker you in with cheap list price and won't deliver. DO NOT repeat DO NOT buy anything from this store or any store without checking out a review from someone who actually bought something from there. Notice they don't mention anything about Accessories or Warrenties? If you don't believe me, make that toll free number and ask about the warrenties and accessoris. I ordered a SONY P1 from them. The product arrived within time frame quoted with the correct accessories. But they have one of the rudest sales staff I have ever encountered. I called back within minutes to add items on my existing order and was hung up. Another said my original order was on back order and I should buy another camera to have it right away ! What is it with these NY dealers or that is just it...they love to shaft you with a crappy deal !!! |

I called Express to buy a camera if it was in stock. The salesman said it was, then spent 10 minutes trying to sell me high priced accessories. When I wouldn't buy them, I was told the camera wasn't in stock after all. You'll probably be sorry if you deal with Express. |
