I have used this merchant before and was very happy. 8/12/11- I am still waiting for this merchant to fulfill my order- I have contacted them twice with no response- now I have demanded a refund. I am not happy at all. |

Have been short shipped in the past and was hard to recover missing item but usually pretty good. Took 12 days to receive after card was charged and then came with two items missing but charged for items. Now to try to get the rest of the product could be a problem. |
