i ordered 6 items from them,It took them longer than stated to ship out my items.They also failed to include one item, their customer service has done nothing about my missing item, which i payed for. |

Basically I ordered an item, and they sent me the wrong item, and I asked for the correct one, and they told me I should be happy with what I got, and stopped replying to me after that, and would not acknowledge my requests for a refund. I am shocked by them not acknowledging and fixing the mistake. But now that I'm reading other reviews it sounds like other people had similiar issues. I would like to provide more details about each exchange I had with them but the 1000 character limit won't allow it. |

Based on my previous orders my merchandise did not arrive on time. When trying to find out about my order they were unable to solve my problem. The only reason I purchased from them again was for there items that no other etail site had. |

I am so pleased at the available prices for the best products made! However, there is no option that I can see, which explains the costs of each type of shipping available. I will be coming back again and again. |

They cancelled my order without giving any reason for the cancellation. If there was an error or something I would have appreciatged a little bit of follow up. The products I had ordered were for a scalp condition my child has, and I was not happy with their handling of my order cancellation. |

I thought the prices and selection were good. However, free shipping or a discount should be offered for first time purchasers. I was disappointed there were no online coupons available unless you spent $500 or more. |

It has been more than a month since I placed my order and I HAVE NOT received it. I have contacted Extended Lengths Beauty Supply many times by phone and email and have not been responded to. I have now found countless reports of similar situations on other websites and am very confused why none of them have shown up here. Extended Lengths Beauty Supply is bad for the PriceGrabber brand and should no longer send customers to them. Kind regards, Becky |
