I found the website easy to use particularly the 'search' function. I was dissappointed in the fact that i had sent three emails querying a particular product and i received no reply. |

I kept going back and checking different methods of shipping to see how much each costs; everytime I went back to view another method of shipping I had to re-enter all of the credit card info. This was frustrating. Unfortunately I didn't see the explanation of shipping & delivery dates. |

Excellent web site, easy to navigate and place order. Package received in excellent condition, caps were taped to prevent any leakage. Packing material was only on top of items. Should have split material in half and put on bottom (underneath) to give more absorbtion of shock during shipment when needed. |

I prefer to shop with merchants who provide Paypal as an option of payment method. But it was easy to find products I wanted on the website and the prices were reasonable. |

this company has a large variety of products and reasonable prices, however I think their shipping charges are high (3 tubes of hair color should not cost 12.00 for UPS ground) and they are slow to respond to emails so I would rate their customer service slightly below average. |

Placing the order was very easy. Now for the delivery time & condition of box(s) as to the real rating of this vendor. I hope I will want to order again. Well finally got half of my order. I was lied to and cheated. Ordered 13.5 oz bottle got 10.1 oz. I will never deal with this company again. Very disappointed. Be very careful what you order, you may get something else, it happened to me. Also very slow on processing & shipping order. |
