Excellent web site, easy to navigate and place order. Package received in excellent condition, caps were taped to prevent any leakage. Packing material was only on top of items. Should have split material in half and put on bottom (underneath) to give more absorbtion of shock during shipment when needed. |

The shopping experience was very nice. Easy to navigate and informative about products. Selection is great. Prices are good. It was the checkout experience that was frustrating. I kept entering my gmail account info and ended back at the same screen over and over. When I asked for help, I got privacy explanations, but not the infoI needed. Gave up and signed in as a Guest, when I really preferred to set up an account. Frustrating! |
