Still haven't received my order. I placed order in 4/12. It's 4/29. Was told my order would ship this week. Emailed back this week but no response. Noticed other feedback here talking about how great the service is. I'm sure it's fake. |

I never received my order. I placed the order on 10/25 for a pair of sunglasses, which were in stock according to EzContactsUSA.com website. I was informed the next day via email that the item was NOT in stock and was on backorder until 11/12. On 11/12, I emailed them asking if they had my item, and they responded telling me it is now backordered until 11/22. On 11/22, I emailed them asking if they had my item, and they responded telling me it is now backordered until 12/8. Since they apparently have no idea when they will have my item in stock, and I have no faith in their word whatsoever, I cancelled my order. Very disappointing, because I have wasted a whole month waiting on this order, and now I have to start over with another vendor. |

Don't do business with EZcontactsUSA!! I ordered a pair of sunglasses for a gift. The website said they were in stock. After several days, I didn't receive a tracking number and my card wasn't dinged the amount of the order. I called EZ, and they say the shipment was going out that afternoon, but after another 24 hours, no tracking number. . . I called again and they expect a 'shipment” of sunglasses to arrive at their warehouse in ½ hour (wow, what a miracle) and my order would go out that day. . . Again, 24 hours, and no tracking number or shipment confirmation. I call AGAIN, and this time a less-than-pleasant representative says the glasses will definitely go out the following week (past the time I needed them). . . I said don't bother, canceled the order, and am waiting for an email confirming the cancellation. . . Think I'll get one? I'm not counting on it. . . Yeah, they're prices appear low, but if it looks and smells like a scam, it's probably a scam. |

Horrible experience online ever! I highly recommend you don't buy from here. On top of that they have horrible customer service. On their website they said they had my sunglasses in stock but when i ordered them not until after I paid, that I got an e-mail saying they were back ordered. They said a couple of days they should get them and ship them out. I e-mailed and asked if I can receive shipping information and the only reply I got from them was "sure!" Ya that's right, that's their answer to my question about shipping. A one word answer...sure. I still haven't received my sunglasses I paid $116.00 for. They are the worse place to do business with never again will I buy from them. I highly recommend you don't buy here. |

Overall a good transaction. Best prices around. Entire order arrived in one box, right prescription. The shipping was a little slow. I placed my order Tues. 4/1, Called Monday 4/7 when I still had not received shipping info. They said they would ship that day. Received order Thurs. 4/10. |

Extremely disappointed with them. My order had not shipped for an entire week- and I never received word. I attempted to call the number provided but was answered by a 'Hello?' which I thought was extremely unprofessional. I hung up and proceeded to send an email. I was told my order was out of stock and has not arrived. No one had bothered to call or email me to inform me of this. Poor customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone. It's unfortunate that through all the great reviews I saw... I had to be the one who went through a horrible transaction. |
