The filter I ordered was listed as in stock. I received a universal filter that will have to be cut to fit and is not marked which side goes up so that the air flow is correct through it. Now it isn't a huge deal and I am glad to be able to replace the filter on this old vacumm, BUT I would like the OPTION of ordering a universal filter or looking for the original replacement. |

It would be nice to have the shipping explained a bit better (What is Super Saver compared to regular USPS?) and shipping costs should be calculated prior to running through purchase process. |

I had a problem with their site & called twice & left messages & NO ONE ever returned the call. I'm gambling on my order but using a credit card I can always get my money back if they are as bad as what they appear. I also entered a 15% discount code that was suppose to be continually running & did not work either for their site defaulted to 10% off. I placed my order 7 TIMES before it finally went through. So far I give them a -1 out of a 1-10 score, or a F+ score. |

This was an incredibly easy shopping experience. The product is perfect and the price was at least 50% less than other retailers! I goofed and answered the "return policy" question in spite of the fact I have no intention of returning it. In fact, the product is just right and I have every intention of ordering again. |

For some reason the site is duplicating my address, and editing it (twice) slows down the ordering process and is frustrating because it kicks you backward in the ordering process. I found this frustrating and I almost just didn't bother to complete the order. |

I've ordered vacuum cleaner bags before from EZ Vacuum. Since I have an old vacuum cleaner, it saves me the trouble of trying to find someone local that sells this type. I'm really happy to be able to go online and order them in just minutes. |

The order arrived quickly. I ordered the wrong item in error. I needed it right away so purchased it locally. I emailed asking for a return authorization code so that I could ship the item back for a refund. They responded 5 days later telling me to ship it back for a store credit.The website clearly states unopened unused items can returned for a full refund and that they pay for return shipping if you decide to return for any reason. I emailed again mentioning the policies on their website & was told they would refund if I mailed it back. I emailed again asking for the RMA to ship the item back per their policy & was told that was only if they sent the wrong item. I again emailed them asking that they honor the policies that are on their website & awaiting a response. Given the circumstance I wanted to call them but there is no phone number on their site.The email had a # but it is not toll free. I still called it but only got an answering machine. |
