Strengths:

Works great. Does NOT overdry skin.

Posted Apr 24, 2007 - I have used Purpose for years and it works great. My husband loves it, too. He won't use anything else. I would recommend this to anyone with combination skin.

1 Star Review Dries out skin

Strengths:

foams nicely and rinses clean

Weaknesses:

dries out skin even though it says it won't

Posted Mar 30, 2007 - I have combination skin and I was looking for just one thing to use. Other products dried out my skin and when I read about this product and "how gentle" it was, I thought I would give it a try.But to my disappointment, it dried out my face more than the other products I've tried with "harsher" ingredients in them. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend it.

Strengths:

gentle, cleansing, keeps blemishes away

Weaknesses:

doesnt spread well, so a pretty decent amount of it must be used

Posted 1 year ago - i love this face wash. nothing i ever use keeps my skin clear. i have the t-zone thing going on and this doesnt make my skin oily or dry at all. when i saw that it was "gentle as water" i really didnt think it would work very well. but to my surprise, it works better than any other face wash ive tried. i would highly reccomend this face wash.

Posted Jan 14, 2008 - this face wash is great. i normaly have very oily skin i have the t-zone but since using this product not so much so i would defintely recommend this wash.
