Received the phone in battered Vtech box with a handwritten message on the box top that the unit was "Bad". It was in working order, but it was obvious from the condition of the contents that this was a repaired phone that was being advertised as new. Shame on them!	Overall Rating

The web site says my order is still being processed, I called customer service and they told me it was too late it had been shipped. Their web site states it takes "ALL ORDERS 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped". When I stated that they told me that it says it "usually" takes that long, but it does not say "usually" is says ALL ORDERS. Of course they told me I could return it b/c they would just LOVE to charge me shipping on an item that had free shipping and then a 15% restocking fee. This place is a joke and customer service is a complete nightmare here. It's a scam, they get you to order and then even if you get the wrong item or a broken one still charge you to ship it back and restock it. A total scam! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I was told I couldn't rely on the web site for giving me the correct information, if I can't rely on the site why have a site?? My order still says it's being processed. Unreal!	Overall Rating

What "factory"? If you at least providd some clue as to who you were, it would be useful; in your case, the entire experience was needlessly made into an irritation. Their customer service rep said they couldn't remove the missing piece from another box, and suggested that I call AT&T to resolve the issue. The number they gave me was for phone service, not AT&T-branded equipment. I would not buy from this seller again, and I advise others to give this seller a wide berth.	Overall Rating

Product was defective. Would not hold charge for handset. Called store and was told to ship unit back, as they had no extra batteries to ship me and wouldn't ship them without knowing the problem. I shipped back, at my expense, and asked them to refund my full purchase price as I did not want a replacement. Was charged the restocking fee (for a DEFECTIVE unit) and for the "Free Shipping" charges. Repeated contacts via email were a waste of my time. Either no response, or just quoting me their return policy. WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN, AND WARN YOU TO BEWARE!!	Overall Rating

I wanted to return it and as I was not the one that ordered it, I called the Factory Outlet Store and asked about returning it. Receiving it and returning it went fine but my complaint is that after personally calling and talking to a service rep. I was not told that there would be a 15% restocking fee charged. When we discovered that we weren't refunded the entire price, I called them and was told that their FAQs told you that information and I should have read it. I told them I was not the person who ordered it and that their service rep should have told me that when I called prior to returning the item. Therefore, I told them that I would never purchase from them again. If their rep I had told me about this it might have been a different story. I think they should have refunded the 15%. Your site will tell you right there if they are available. It will even say it's a "limited time offer" deal. I had so many choices that made my shopping so easy. It is quicker compared to my last night shopping at the mall where in you don't find the descriptions in sight because they are inside the display cabinet.	Overall Rating
