I ordered a set of Motorola Bluetooth stereo headphones. They arrived quickly but were Dead On Arrival: the headphones would not take an electric charge from the supplied charging unit, which unit was working correctly. FactoryOutletStore has an automated return paperwork system which I made use of and returned the defective headphones. Instead of crediting me my full purchase price, they credited me with $10.00 less than the full price. I suggest that you consider carefully what you buy from this seller. |

Stay far away from them, they are crooks. Ship junk in plastic baggies, then continue to charge your card multiple times. google them and you see from other sites the same issues. |

They are just thieves!!! I got a defective product for $46. I returned the item right away. They took 10 days to refund just $33. They said they'd be taking 15% for processing so besides they lie. It's the worst service I've ever had. Their customer representatives are rude. They r just happy when you are going to buy but if you have a complain, they hung up on you. This is a shame of company. Be aware. I don't know where they got so many positive reviews that I read before but even Google makes it hard to leave a comment about this company Why? |

Though I was shopping with FactoryOutletStore.com for the first time, I had a gut feeling that the experience would be good. I was proved right by the excellent customer service of this online store. It so happened that I needed to return a damaged GPS unit that had been delivered to me by mistake. Unlike other stores, FactoryOutletStore.com accepted their fault & immediately confirmed to ship me a replacement. As promised, the unit arrived within 2 days. FactoryOutletStore.com just rocks!! |

Do NOT buy from these people. I received a defective item from FactoryOutletStore, called them to arrange a replacement but they abosutely refused to accept the return without the original packaging. They need to write "contains defective product- retain packaging for return" on the outside of their boxes. |

Worst merchant I've seen lately. Shipped wrong product and would not reship quickly without charging me more $$$. When I decided not to have them reship, they charge 15% against the refund. IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE TO BEGIN WITH !!!! Never again with this clown show !!! |

I had been searching for AT&T phones accessories for long, but at last my friend suggested me to shop with FactoryOutletStore.com, as he had experienced them once. I quickly placed the order with them, which was easy. I asked them certain questions, which the agent answered well. The service was prompt. Very happy! Prior to placing an order I was a bit confused, but after experiencing them, I think they will be my first choice for any products. |

"Stay Away!! Ordered a "New" Bluetooth earpiece, and got a plastic bag with a earpiece with animal chew marks on it, and ear wax in it. They told me I had to RMA it back. Had to pay $6.75 shipping. Asked for an exchange. Instead, they gave me a "Partial" credit in the order charging me a $7.49 "handling fee" for THEIR mistake. Called for a Supervisor and got the $7.49 back, but I'm still out the $6.75 shipping, and I don't have an earpiece. Was on hold for 18 minutes to get the RMA, then another 26 minutes to get the rest of my refund. You can get a "close" price in the same items at a Respectable business. Not This One!! What A Ripoff!" |

I had read a lot about the services of Factoryoutletstore.com & thought of giving it a try. So, I ordered an electric shaver as a Thanksgiving gift for my husband. Since I had placed the order just 4 days before Thanksgiving Day, I was a bit skeptical if the product would arrive on time. Luckily for me, the product got delivered right at my doorstep just the day before Thanksgiving & there I was ready with the gift at the strike of 12. I was very impressed with the prompt service of the company. |

This outfit sucks. I ordered a shaver that had a 30 satisfaction guarantee from Panasonic which said to return to the place of purchase for a FULL REFUND if I didn’t want for any reason. They refused to honor the guarantee and wanted to charge a return fee of 15% PLUS the cost of shipping it to me in the first place. This is certainly not a full refund. Their customer service basically told me too bad, if I didn’t like it I could call Panasonic since it was their guarantee. I would never buy anything from them again. |

The absolute worst. First the product, a bluetooth headset, came in a plastic bag - no protection what-so-ever. Then it was missing the earbud. The store, after much argument, agreed to send the earbud, which arrived 8 days later in a huge box with all the packing you could think of! The headset wouldn't charge and gave no indication of it working at all. The only good thing to come out of it was the full refund after 2 calls. |

This has been one of the worst experiences of my business life. This company first of all cancelled my order do to fraud protection policy which I am OK with, but they NEVER notified me of that! So, here I am thinking my order has shipped so days go by and I finally try and track my order and boom, it has been cancelled. Then I contact them to find out what happened and I am forwarded to INDIA oh great, none of them knew what was going on, so they transferred me back to New York, where I got an American on the phone who said they needed us to fill out an 'authorization form' proving we are who we say we are, so I am okay no problem, we tried faxing it to them on 3 occasions, called back of course we were transferred to INDIA again and of course they knew nothing so they transferred us back to America and they never got our fax on any one of the 3 attempts but they told us, "we get faxes all day with no problems' she made it come across as if I did something wrong or never sent the faxe |

Orders a new bluetooth headset, which arrived in a ziplock bag without the manual. Headset appears to have earwax on it and is not in new condition. FOS refuses to cover return shipping cost even though item is not as advertised. Supervisor hung up on me. |
