HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. MULTIPLE 'BACKORDER' DELAYS. A NIGHTMARE. I ordered a jersey which was supposed to ship a week later. A week and a half later, it wasn't shipped. I contacted customer service and they informed me that it would ship a week later. One week later, it still was not in the mail. I contacted them a third time - another delay. After the fourth time I contacted them and they delayed again, I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money. Yes, this is a vendor that will charge your credit card before they ship the product. Their incompetent customer support, for some reason, could not refund the charge and I ended up having to go through my credit card company to dispute the charge. In summary, fansedge may have attractively priced products, but you more than pay for it with crappy customer service and drama. Overall Rating

I have never done business with such an incompetent company. They apparently shipped my order without telling me. They did not provide a tracking number. They sent it --- who did not leave me a notice, then decided that I had said I'd pick it up (which I would never do) and after five days returned it. I never received the items. I e-mailed twice asking if it had shipped and never heard back. I tried to call, but if you call about an existing order, they don't answer the phone. So you have to call pretending that you want to place an order to be able to speak to someone. Never again. This was a Christmas present I had ordered for someone that they will never get. The most incompetence I have seen (rivaling --- itself). Overall Rating

I placed an order on 11/29/08. My credit card was charged and I waited for the item. By 12/11/08 it had not arrived and so I called them (20 min. on hold.)I was informed that my item was out of stock! No one contacted me to tell me this.I selected a different item and called back to order it (25 min. on hold)and was told they would upgrade me to faster shipping. The box arrived at the very last of the window for "faster" shipping. I say box, because that's what I got. An empty box with a packing slip telling me what should have been in there. Another phone call that I gave up on after 30 min. on hold. Another phone call the next day (25 min on hold)and I am told this item is also out of stock. I asked for a supervisor. None were available. I was promised a call back at a specific time. No call. I called again (another 25 minutes on hold). This time I was given to a supervisor. He offered absolutely nothing other than refunding my money and was rude.I will never order from them again. Overall Rating

ordered a standard product, was charged, given a ship date, got an email a week later that product didn't ship and I would hear back in 2 days why it didn't, recieved an email 7 days later that they ran out and I wouldn't get the ordered product. This is unacceptable and the sites inability to track inventory and orders to meet demand is amature and unacceptable. Overall Rating

I ordered an item for a party that I was attending in 10 days. Plenty of time to get it in the mail. They informed me 7 DAYS later that it was not in stock. When I called... they said that their associated warehouse took that amount of time to tell them that it was not available. Totally unacceptable. In this day and age of electronic tracking, they should know that day if it is in stock or not. Now, I'm stuck without a gift to a graduation party. It's not something where you can bring it later. I'm totally stuck. I will never shop here again. Overall Rating

Ordered on 12/29 an item which was "Quick Ship" (leaves warehouse w/in 1 day). 10 days later, it hasn't shipped. I called Customer Service who explained "they were closed last week" - website never said that. I requested expedited shipping since they took 10 days to ship - I gave them an opportunity to redeem themselves, but they said "NO expedited shipping" - I would have to pay $8 more for 2-Day. Placed an order on July 12th for items. They charged my credit card on that date. Website notes that items will be shipped 15-20 business days after the order (I would not have ordered if I had noticed that). Today, Aug. 28th, still no word on when it will be shipped or received. Have contacted credit card company to get rid of the charge. Will not order from here again. Overall Rating

I was searching over a week for a very hard-to-find jersey before Superbowl weekend and only FansEdge had it in stock. Their check-out service was outstanding and they shipped it Express per my request. I actually received the item in less than 24 hours! I did not have my credit card with me so I paid by electronic check. The money came out of my account within 4 hours. Federal Law has shortened the time that it takes for checks to clear but not FansEdge. They waited 5 full days before attempting to fill my order and then 1/2 of the stuff I ordered was out of stock. Icancelled the order and asked for the money to be returned to my account within 4 hours, just as they had done ans was told it would take up to 10 days. The order should have been filled and shipped right away or they should have filled it and held it if they had to and sent it when they were satified that my money they took so quickly really was in thier gready little hands. Would really appreciate more items for Texas A&M, Texas Tech, and University of Texas. Apparel section was limited in all schools as was office items. BUT the items shown were high quality and that's very important to me. Also thank you for providing a web site for displaced Texans too far away to shop at home. Overall Rating
