I ordered the Propane Patio Heater from fireforless. They had a great range of products and the difference between each product was clear-cut in the description page. I would rate Fireforless as a grade 1 appliance selling estore. They treat their customers by realizing their needs. They can conduct more surveys to fulfill the left out needs. They have already reached the pinnacle of success and I wish them to continue their service in the same standard to top the industry always. |

Bonuses are a lot in fireforless. They give free delivery for such a heavy product, they give free accessories, and their customer service is great. All these bonuses together combined with the best range of products moves fireforless into my diary of good products. I’ll continue to shop with them and I would like to refer them to my friends too. |

I ordered new chimney pipe from Fire For Less, and they shipped me returned, damaged pipes. the pipes they sent had obviously been repackaged, and were dented along the rims. they were not in the original factory packaging. I called them before placing my order through their web site, and was told they would never ship returned or damaged items. I have contacted them repeatedly to resolve this, and they are not apologetic or helpful. if you are ordering chimney pipe, there seems to be a lot of returned, damaged merchandise out there, that some online companies will ship as new, hoping you'l just accept it. they should at least be embarrassed when called on it! instead, they try to blame the customer. don't waste your time here! this has delayed my entire wood stove installation. |

Fireforless offers cheap and a variety of fireplace products and outdoor accessories. They give a great customer service and I am to have known about them, I ordered a turkey fryer, as my old one was broken. I took a lot of time to study about a long lasting turkey fryer’s design. After all the analysis I ended up with fireforless. Their turkey fryer works great in my kitchen. |

Don't waste your time with ordering from fireforless.com. They advertise product as "IN-Stock" eventhough it is on back order from the manufacturer. They advertise shipping within 24 to 48 hours & delivery in 7 to 10 days; ordered & payment debited over 2 weeks ago, product has NOT yet arrived. Their website touts they are "THE BEST" with Customer Service. The 1-877 phone number was NOT answered by a live person & there was NO option to leave a message. I was directed to leave an email which would be answered in "Lightning Fast Speed". 1 week & 3 emails later I was told the product was on "Back-order" and NOT available for 6 to 8 weeks:( I will NEVER purchase product from fireforless.com again! I found quite interesting differences in fireforless estore compared to the other merchants and estores. Fireforless gives free shipping, no tax for products, cheap prices, good experiences with fireplace products and BBQ’s, variety in the type of product as well as variety in the fuel used, good customer service, every product I bought with them was in stock. It was a very rare case where the product might not be in stock. Even such a product will be shipped immediately with just a day delayed. |

Can you believe that I got a small pond set up in my garden with around 80% off? This is never possible with other Estores. I am so happy about this offer. The pond and the kit that came as an add-on with the pond was too valued for the price. |

I have long back quitted the charcoal grill and shifted to spirit gas grill. However, after fireforless’ products line, everything is so cool. I got back my experience with the charcoal grill. It turns out to be a new version of the old charcoal grill. Fireforless has eliminated most of the drawbacks that existed in the charcoal grills. Now they have also added a grater. I like my new charcoal grill from fireforless. |

Fireforless is a fast developing small estore. They are on their right track performing customer needs and as per customer deeds. They treated me well and responded quickly over phone and emails. I ordered my turkey fryer with them before Christmas through their website and then called them to ask for a shipping date. The replied on phone appropriately and the product got shipped in two days for the regular delivery method. |

The turkey fryer does great magic at my home. It made the turkey delicious last black Friday. Thanks to firforlwssz for their wonderful product and continued customer support. I suggest them to improve their product’s design in par with the latest designs in the market. I just feel that getting the latest products from fireforless could reduce my spending. Since fireforless is not keeping up with the latest trend it makes it difficult for me to search for a cheap grab in the e-market. So, now fireforless has come close to be my only master store. |

I do quick pizzas before going to office for my kid with the help of Deeco Aztec Allure CastIron Chiminea Pizza Oven. It works great with child safety. Thanks to fireforless for their excellent range of products. Even my kid has learned to use it safely after looking at the manual. I would like to do more shopping in the years to come with fireforless. Their delivery and service methodology was also worth mentioning. My first product with fireforless was King Canopy Sport 10' Blue Sidewalls. I got this for long trips and it works well now. First impression about fireforless was the ordering process. It was so simple with good user interface in their website. The next good thing about this merchant is that they delivered the product at the right time in the right place with right conditions. The tent was lightweight with blue walls. It gets accommodated easily in the travel bag. |

They give free shipping allowance. This almost cuts down the customer’s money by 20% and hence the price of the products are reasonable. In addition, they give a lot of accessories free along with the product. They are so useful that one can just afford the justified price for the product. The bet part in their service was that they were very responsive and they replied in minutes. When I mailed them regarding my billing my invoice, I had the required bills delivered in a few hours. |

I was overwhelmed with the service they offered. I ordered for a replacement of the logs in my fireplace. They acted immediately and their delivery was swift. The courier guy delivered it safe and the company valued the receipt of product acknowledgement from me. This was so nice and it really encouraged me to give them positive reviews. I purchased an electric turkey fryer online on Sunday 12/26/10 and received it on Wednesday 12/29/10 with free regular shipping. I sent them an email for a copy of my invoice and received the information in an hour. This is amazing service. |

Ordered a ShelterLogic 22'x24'x10' instant garage - pricing was the lowest I could find AND they offered free shipping. I had some post-sale questions that were answered promptly and personally - amazing in the day of "auto-response" emails that effectively blow off the customer for a day in hopes that the problem is resolved without any interaction. |
