got a bad card (corruption). tech support would not return my calls.

Posted Jun 2, 2003 - I'm sure the bulk of their cards work fine. I got a bad one where I continue to lose about 1 picture/avi in 10. I contacted tech support multiple times and they were unresponsive.

Posted Feb 19, 2003 - Bought at Best Buys for $59 with $20 rebate, net $39 plus sales tax. So far, I've put 25MB of pics from Canon S30 on it. I've used a PNY card reader to download and clear (move) the pics to my Dell running Win2000 with no problems. Win2000 required no extra drivers to operate.
