sangcho123 - (July 22, 2004) It's very good if you don't have a floppy drive on your computer, and you need one. It's very easy to use, and can use on multiple computers. I love this product, and thought was an excellent buy.

che7328 - (July 13, 2004) This is an excellent buy for anyone that needs to access documents on a floppy disk on their new notebook. Most new notebooks don't come with one and this is a lot cheaper than having to pay someone to install a floppy drive on your laptop. It was wasy to use and required no setup by the user if you have Windows XP on your laptop.

bhbusby - (September 08, 2004) The USB drive is attractive and has the smallest footprint I have seen for a 3.5" disk drive. The dark grey cabinet fits well with my laptop in a professional environment. Good ejector movement so floppy isn't "trapped" in the device.

5 Star Review SmartDisk FDUSB-TM2

gneiss - (06/18/2008) I purchased the SmartDisk FDUSB-TM2 from American Design Components. Thick case & cord both. Has LED also. Nice product, great price, free shipping --boxed and bubble wrapped. Package fit box neatly, so not a lot of waste. So far I am extremely pleased with this 2x faster floppy drive. It is so light & compact, you could probably velcro it to a laptop, which because of the extra short cord may be what they had in mind. I use mine on a desktop, and if my monitor didn't have a USB port, I likely would need an ext. cord. Detachable cord wouldn't work because then the case would have to be made bigger to accommodate the plug. I spent the whole day yesterday sorting, viewing & formating about 100 disks from my last computer, but I haven't had opportunity yet to record with it.

4 Star Review IOMEGA - USB - 35GB REV Backup Kit with Arcserve

vze24prs - (09/15/2007) I've been buying IOMEGA products for years and I haven't been disappointed yet. The 35GB REV Disks can store alot of data. I had a small problem and the IOMEGA Tech Support were very helpful in solving the problem. I would recommend this product to anyone.
