Owned product less than one week so far. Postive: The packaging was great. The speakers were double boxed, and individually wrapped. I was impressed by this. Negative: I did not receive a tracking number for this package until UPS had already delivered it. Overall Rating

Finding the product was quite straight-forward. Merchandise selection was smooth. The issues began in the checkout process. The checkout page was not clear in terms of requirements. Data fields that are typically optional in online checkout functionality were required. As it turned out, every entry field on the page was required. This was not indicated on the page. I proceeded through a significant number of attempts to place my order as new errors popped up because I did not include some extraneous piece of data. Then more errors came about because the checkbox acknowledgements were reset every time you were served an error page. Between required fields and reset flags, I had to resubmit the order many times. This became so frustrating I almost abandoned the order to shop at a competitor. I am a very experienced online shopper and work in the software industry. The usability issues in the checkout procedure are not typical of most online stores. Overall Rating
