I strongly discourage people from purchasing anything from this website. I ordered 3 items and it has become a nightmare. I have paid in advance. One of the product has been placed on a backorder. Everytime I call up the customer care number, the person who picks up gives me a different story. They are not able to confirm if the order had been shipped. I have received multiple emails and each email gives a different explanation. They say that you can cancel an item that has been placed on a backorder. When I try and cancel, they refuse to do so. Extremely disappointing experience. |

Orders before Nov.07 was perfect and delivered on time (to Swiss)! Nov.12.2007 i ordered 5 items of a product, (received 1 pcs). 3days later i get a mail from Folica regarding that order:"Unfortunately, the product is temporarily out of stock, ect ect. You will receice another email when the remainder of your merchandise is back in stock and has left our warehouse". So far so good! One month later (Dec.07) i made a friendly reminder, no any answer from Folica. In Jan.08 second reminder, i get an answer from Folica "Unfortunately, we have run out of stock on this item and we do not have a current ETA ect.ect.". Ok, i am a very patient Women and i have very much comprehension for such circumstances. End of Jan.08 i ask again and Folica get me an answer (to put me off). Mar08 and Apr08 i made a req. for any news. No answer. I am really disappointed,'cause that product is already paid (in advance). It's not fair against the customer and this business conduct is not acceptable.Bummer! |

I would NOT recommend ordering from folica.com. I placed an order for four items 12/20/07 (order #5127640). One of my items was backorder until 1/10/08. Then 1/10/08 rolls around and I'm not hearing anything about my backordered item, BUT IT IS AVAILABLE ON THEIR WEBSITE! I sent 2 emails and never received a response. Then I tried calling. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes (I was caller #18) I got a customer service rep that said he couldn't help me but someone would call me back in 4 hours. Guess what, no one called me back. I tried the next day and the same scenario happened (I was caller #18 again - on hold for 25 minutes this time). When I finally got someone, he said he was sales only and couldn't do anything, he couldn't even transer me to someone who could help me. I am absolutely furious with folica.com and will not use them again and will not recommend them to any of my friends. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! |

I contacted folica and they refused to match the price despite their" low price policy guarantee." After several conversations with their customer service department, I have yet to receive a return call or response.I had to return the item at my own expense. They obviously do not care about their customer satisfaction and make statements with regard to price guarantees that they uphold. |

I just got my Sedu iron today, and i tried it right away. Let me tell you about my hair. I have chin length CURLY EXTREMELY THIK hair. I never could get a hair cut that i wanted because of my curly thik hair. But i decided that i will get anyways, hopeng that a regular drugstore iron will make my hair pin straight. well, it didnt. Then i decided that I should get a profecional iron. I found this site, and well i am extremely happy that i found this iron. When i tried it, it made my hair so straight like it never did before. Its also really smooth, and looks really shiny. I am so exited to go back to school now, i am sure that i will get so many compliments about my hair. I LOVE THIS IRON! and i think that every women should have this hair tool. |

I absolutely hate folica.com. It has the lousiest, most incompetent customer service ever! I ordered a product off their site, and a day later they e-mailed that the product was unavailable and had to be back-ordered. I e-mailed their customer service asking them to estimate the time it usually took for unavailable items to be in stock again, but after a couple of days of waiting for a response, I decided to cancel my order altogether, but that didn't happen because they had shipped out the product before telling me beforehand. This incident ended up costing me an extra 70-80 bucks because after I canceled on the folica order, I ordered the same product off another site. Eventually I e-mailed folica a comment about how terrible their customer service is, but they have yet to respond. I'm very frustrated. |

This site is unbelievable. I got a Sedu Flat Iron and I couldn't be happier. They sent it free shipping and I got it EARLY!! I shouldn't have gotten it until at least Friday but I got it on Wed. I am very happy with my purchase. An Outstanding site for all your beauty purchases! |

This was my first time to order from Folica.com, but they definitely went above and beyond. I ordered a Sedu 1" Flat Iron, but they accidentally sent me the 1.5" model. As soon as the customer service rep spoke to a manager they gladly sent the correct model via quickest UPS shipping option available. The package got to me in record time, and I had my flat iron for my girlfriend's graduation! For going above and beyond they definitely deserve the highest rating. Thanks guys! |
