As has always been the case, I am very happy with my order from fragranceshop.com. Online ordering is simple, the items have always been packaged securely, and arrive in perfect condition. I have purchased all my perfumes from them for over 5 years, and have no desire to use any other company. |

Avoid this vendor at all costs! I purchased 3 perfumes for my daughter for Christmas at the end of November, 2011. It's now mid January 2012 and nothing. Firstly they kept telling me it would take up to 22 business days for delivery and gave me a tracking number which never updated. According to the US Postal Service site, they are still waiting for the parcel to be received from the vendor. Finally after many emails they have said the parcel is lost and to fill out the form they sent me, complete it in 10 days so that I can lodge an insurance claim. Well, no form was attached. I don't have the claim with the insurance company, the vendor does! If I don't complete the form (that was never sent) within 10 days, then my case is closed and I forfeit my money. I have paid about $240 for a Christmas present I never received and have a daughter who received nothing for Christmas as my money is gone. Thanks to these scammers, a miserable festive season. I have reported this matter to my bank. |

3 days after I set the order, I got an email that they out of stock. I ordered a usual perfume to give as a gift on a specific day, now I have to find another store and probably won't get it on time. I won't recommend to buy from a store that can't monitor the stock. |

I too dealt with Natazia the "Customer Service Consultant" at FragranceShop.com. At first, she seemed very helpful but after I tried to explain to her that they issued credit to the wrong credit card. She cut off all communication with me. Then submitted false information to the bank to avoid issuing credit for my return. The bank reversed the charge in their favor. To reopen my existing dispute I had to provide in writing proper documentation supporting my claim. I also included a copy of the original invoice, tracking information and all my email correspondence with this company. To date I have yet to receive my credit for the return. Hopefully, the bank reviews my letter and reverses the charge back in my favor. This is so frustrating all I want is my money back. I'm writing this review just to warn any potential buyers to BEWARE!!! Now I'm scared that my identity might have been stolen be this Natazia character. |

WARNING! Do not purchase from this Merchant. I purchased from them many years ago and was satisfied with their product. HOWEVER, after approximately 3 years, I had a fradulent charge on my credit card asking for the order to be shipped to Russia. I discovered the charge before my bank did because the company sent me an invoice with my purchase and total amount. I contacted the company and to their credit got an immediate response. They told me they did not charge my account, etc. I stated to them them that I have their emails stating otherwise, a credit card statement showing the charge and a letter from the Fraud Department. The interesting part of this whole transaction is that the company denies making any charges to my card..... if so, why do I have charge and then all of a sudden a credit from the comapny approx. three days after I reported it to them? Customer service has been responsive (same person Natazia) and polite, however BUYER BEWARE. Something criminal going on at FS.com |

Paid extra for express 3 day delivery and received item after 6 days, it was late for a birthday. There lousy and rude Customer Service Consultant Natazia claimed it wasn't their fault it was late and included this (*Please note that the above are transit times only, and do not include processing time. Please allow at least 48 hours for order processing and packaging*) they were still a day late using their formula, and refused to refund the extra money paid for the 3 day delivery. Will never order from these people again!!! |

The FragranceShop.com pulled a "Bait and Switch" on me with a Kenneth Cole Black gift set for Christmas present. I ordered the Kenneth Cole Gift Set (3.4 EDT Cologne, 3.4 AfterShave, 2.6 Deordorant) online. FragranceShop then sent me a different Kenneth Cole Gift Set that I did NOT order: Cologne, Cologne, and Aftershave (2 colognes and 1 aftershave, but NO DEORDORANT! I complained several times, but FragranceShop, even after admitting they DID NOT have the gift set I ordered, would not resolve the situation to my satisfaction. Their customer service "consultant" is poorly trained and would not resolve my complaint. Lost my business forever. Due to this terrible service I sought a charge-back on my credit card as FRAGRANCESHOP.COM seems to think baut and switch and poor customer service, gets sales! I will not buy from them again, ever as reputable businesses do not pull BAIT AND SWITCH sales and are honest when they make a mistake (and make it good with the customer). |

I was scared to order from them. I had never heard of them. Plus, everywhere I looked for this cologne online(Nicole Miller For Men), I could never find it. Well, I have it here in my hands right now, and I am speechless. I have not been able to find this cologne anywhere since 2000, now I am happy as a clam.
