I was able to navigate the website very easily and locate the products I was looking for at a competitive price. I have ordered from this site before and would do it again. Have not as yet experienced any problems. I would highly recommend this site for anyone looking for water treatment supplies. |

Most water purification suppliers have poor website design with difficult searching and navigation. freshwatersystems.com had pretty good navigation and searching capabilities and had everything I needed. Including a good mineralizer/ionizer option. I would recommend a breadcrumb feature and more search features which apply tp the product categories. |

It was not hard to surf their site. Also the items was explained to where you could understand. On the k4 o-ring, Freshwater was about the only one that explained that it would work on the u600 Omni filter system. Thank You RB Johnson |

The only concern was that the item I really needed did not appear in the inventory until I decided to review a different one. Then, the item showed up as an accessory to the reviewed ite. |
